"Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God”

Transformational Yoga

Transformational Yoga is a yoga practice based on the teachings of A Course in Miracles and Advaita Vedanta (All is One). It integrates the wisdom of Eastern and Western spiritual tradition and practice.

The yoga practice is based on traditional Hatha (Iyengar) yoga and integrates Kundalini and Raja yoga elements. The practice is an invitation to explore and engage with your deepest Self.

Each class explores a different series of postures (Asana's), often focused on a specific chakra, breath technique (Pranayama) and meditation. The practice is deep, profound and works on physical, mental, emotional and causal levels.

We use the postures to allow energy to flow and to discover areas where energy is stuck for reasons of e.g. rigid mental patterns or emotional blocks. And to release these areas allowing life force (Prana, Chi) to freely flow again.

It is a process of taking back your power, gradually remove the baggage that we build up and carry around in life, to rediscover our capacity to love (ourselves) and for true, authentic joy. Its a practice of transforming fear into love.

The classes are small enough to allow for personal attention and correction in the postures.

If you want to:

  • Experience your essence, your Self
  • Reclaim your power
  • Enjoy inner peace
  • Expand your capacity to manifest your desires
  • Live from your heart

Then the practice of Transformational Yoga is for you.
